If you received a message reading "Invalid login, please try again", there are two possible reasons:
- Your password does not match your username (note: each time you enrol in a course, a new temporary password is set up for you). In this case, you can reset your password using the form below.
- Your username is not in our system (if you are a course participant, please use the email address you used to register for the course). In this case, you can create a new account, however that will not give you access to courses.
To reset your password, submit either your username or email address in the appropriate box below. If your account is in our system, you will receive an email with instructions how to get access again.
